One fixed quote, in writing.
In US dollars, with the timing and anything you'd pay other companies, like Shopify or your web address.
Rather learn it yourself first? One-on-one sessions are $149 for 90 minutes, or 3 for $399. If you later hire me to build, your session fee comes off the setup price: $149 for one session within 45 days, or $199 of the pack within 60 days of your last session. Once per client, and it doesn't apply to the monthly Care fee.

Required with Answered, Handled, and any piece that uses AI or answers your customers or your phone, for at least 3 months. Optional with Found, shops and payment links. It's a monthly fee, fixed in your written quote, paid by the month or by the year.
- Everything kept online and working
- Up to an hour of changes a month: a price update, new photos, a new section, usually three or four small things
- With the phone assistant: 200 voice minutes a month and one phone number; more is on your quote
- A monthly check of what your assistant told customers
- A short monthly check-in, in person if you're nearby
- A heads-up, in plain English, when Meta, Shopify or other companies change their fees
- Help on WhatsApp in English, reply within one business day
- A lower rate from May to October, if you close or travel
What's yours.
Your website, web address, WhatsApp, shop and payment accounts are in your name, and I take no commission on your sales.
Your website is plain code in a hosting account in your name, with me added as a helper; you can remove me any day, and any developer can take over. The website chat and the phone assistant run on my accounts while you're on Care; if you leave, I help you move them. Without Care, your website stays online in your own account, and changes are quoted when you need them.
Meta may start charging for its WhatsApp assistant. If it does, I'll tell you as soon as I know.
HOW I WORK
- One person, not a team. I design it and I build it.
- You create the accounts; I'm added as a helper you can remove any day.
- You type your own passwords. I never keep them.
- We meet somewhere public, or on Zoom.
- Pay half to start, the rest once you've seen it working.
- I live in Playa del Carmen. You can reach me on WhatsApp.
QUESTIONS I GET
Why don't you show your prices?
Because a café and a five-room villa need different things. I'd rather quote what your business needs than guess. The quote is free, fixed and in writing.
Can't I switch on Meta's WhatsApp assistant myself for free?
Yes, you can switch it on yourself. What you pay me for is training it on your prices and policies, testing it with you, and checking every month what it tells your customers. Meta may start charging for it later; if it does, I'll tell you as soon as I know.
Will the assistant sound like a robot?
We write its answers together, in your voice, and you read them before it goes live. Every month I check what it told your customers.
Do I even need an AI assistant?
Not always. If you get a few messages a week and answer them easily, you probably do not need one yet, and a session is enough. I would rather tell you that than sell you something.
What if I want to leave?
Your website, web address, WhatsApp, shop and payments are already in your name. The website chat and the phone assistant run on my accounts while you are on Care, and if you leave I help you move them.
Do you only work in Playa del Carmen?
No. In person in Playa del Carmen and nearby, and on Zoom with owners anywhere, including the US and Canada.
